Ms. Smith Puente received her bachelor of arts degree in sociology with a minor in criminology from the University of California, at Irvine in 2008. She received her juris doctor (law) degree from Whittier College, School of Law in Costa Mesa, California in 2015. She is a member of the State Bar of California, and a member of the United States District Court, Central District of California. Ms. Smith Puente has worked with the Firm’s founder, George D. Straggas, for approximately 12 years. She recently moved to San Francisco, California and provides legal services to the Firm’s clients in San Francisco, Santa Clara, and Alameda counties. Her expertise is in Labor and Employment Law and General Business Litigation. Katharine lives in San Francisco, California with her husband.
